By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant xidahozemuxeke.mobi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the User-Generated Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless xidahozemuxeke.mobi from any claims arising from your User-Generated Content.

xidahozemuxeke.mobi reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms

In no event shall xidahozemuxeke.mobi's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, xidahozemuxeke.mobi's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by deactivating your account and discontinuing your use of the services. xidahozemuxeke.mobi may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we believe you are engaging in conduct that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Upon termination of these Terms, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligation to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
